It is just a mundane robe, it colours your character with greens and blues mainly. It is not ment for high level characters, specificly low level.

Well, looking cool is kinda good. Especially if you're tired of overpowered add-on items.

actually all you need to do is delete 'wa2robe.itm" from the ovverride and you get the old, subtle, and cool looking robes back...

hate the neon green new one..
