OK. I have got all the councillors in Ald'ruhn to name me Hortator. I'm told that VENIM won't except me, so I will have to defeat him in an honourable duel. When I speak to him, that option doesn't come up. Is there maybe a Redoran councillor that I have missed? I seen Sarethi, Llethri, Arobar and Ramoran.
You need to get Morvayn to get your vote aswell. She can be found inside the Redoran Council Area in the skar. You find her downstairs, right underneath Galsa Gindu's residence inside the council hall.
