i wish to know what will be the level limit for druids in ToB
in my opinion druids are the most cool class in ad&d but i haven't played with one in bg2 cause they just get on level 14 and can have less spells than a cleric, i dont want to be a ranger/clerig just because i like pure druids with their shapeshift hability and other things they have in ad&d.
Druid xp cap in ToB
Read one of the interviews you can find in the main page of gamebanshee. They explain how they made druids acquire new and powerful abilities.....
I've never played a druid for your same reason, but i think i'll try one when ToB will be out.

Hopefully, they make the druids more like the ones in Icewind Dale: Heart of Winter. Those guys are on steroids!

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.

I hope they won't. It is bound with D&D rules, after all. I have a strong hope that all is going to full implementation of PnP and D&D in 3D, including multiplayer and so on.Originally posted by RiPPeR:
and i hope that they will remove the druid spells from ranger/clerig, that would remove the reason to play as a druid
BTW, IMHO, ranger has 3rd level limit for the druid/cleric spells anyway according to the rules. Am i wrong?
As for druids - how will they be able ... The argument for restricting druids in BG II was their power above the level 14, and, as far i understand them, the very problem is the implementation of druids' cool abilities, not considerations of the game balance.
Just MHO,
