Where can I find the best robe in good-alignment? And what is its name?

Robe of vecna.
It´s for sale in the Adventurer´s Mart, up stairs (not Ribald).

The alternative (if you need the Robe of Vecna for someone else in your party)would be the Robe of Good Archmagi (same AC but no reduction of spell casting time and only 5 % magic resistance) found in the smithy of Trademeet. Rather expensive, though (even more so than the Robe of Vecna, for some reason). Both robes can be used with the Bracers of AC 3 for a lower AC.
