Just found a Dwarven XBow in Mzanchend - a Dwarven ruin in the Tel Aruhn area. It's doesn't compare with some of the other great weapons but it's quite neat.

Most all the items you find in dwemer ruins are completely random. (Not all-but it does include crossbows) So you have the potential to find a dwemer crossbow in any given dwemer ruins. They are the best crossbow AFAIK, or at least as far as I can remember... Also note that if you leave a dwemer ruin and come back, items sometimes replenish in the ruins and sometimes they change-example-if you find a claymore in a chest in a dwemer ruin-you leave it there and leave the ruins and eventually come back to the ruins-the claymore could be gone and it could be replaced by a halberd or something like that. So if you dont find dwemer crossbows-dont give up-youll find one eventually.

how much damage does this dwemer xbow do??
