@Nick: When you unzip those files do you have the "use folder names" option enabled?
If yes, it sometimes creates another override folder inside the first one and puts your files in there.
Check if the files really have been extracted to the right folder.

Nick, if you enter the Copper Coronet, Joluv is a merchant standing in the lower (southeastern) end of the enclosed area.
Deidre is on the second floor of the Adventurer's Mart in Waukeen's Promenade. She's towards the front of the area. You can't miss either, because when you hover your mouse over 'em, their names are displayed.
What files are in the zipfile you download? There have been two different "flavors" of merchant files offered. One comprises the complete bonus disks. The other offers only the pair of merchants. The difference is obvious if you look at the number of files in the zipfile, itself.

To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

I've noticed that if you "start a bar-room brawl" with the group of 3 guys standing near Korgan (don't remember the names), Julov will move outside.
There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...
What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.

No, you should copy both of them. And that's the place to drop 'em, too. After doing so, I suggest deleting the contents of your cache/data subdirectory. Then reload the game, and move into an area where one of the those two merchants should be. Don't look for the merchant in the area you're characters already occupy; possibly it will not have loaded, just yet.
