while protecting the girl you get attacked right now my question is after you kill them how long do you have to wait till her uncle comes

He sould show up after the fight, remember to cast a "detect evil" on him just in case.

another question if i uninstalled the game to do a full install would i lose my saved games

If you uninstall the game from the install-shield, it will not remove save games. You have to remove them yourself. But it's always good to back them up just in case.
