????Hammer of Thunderbolts

Can anyone tell me if you have to do something special to the Hammer of Tunderbolts. I already have the gautlets of orge power and the girdle of giant streath. But do I have to get these magicaly joined?

a scroll that you get from a certain black dragon. and make sure you have the right girdle, you want the one that sets it to 21 str and not the store bought one that sets it to 19.
Take it all to Cromwell in Docks District and let him figure it out.

Yeah, you have to kill the black dragon to get the scroll then

get the girdle from underdark, east part where all the statues are in the room where adalon takes you when you leave

Also you need a key from Tazok in the hills where the red dragon rules, and then head back to sewers to open the hidden wall, theere you find the hammer
