...my kensai to mage at level 13...

ok here is the thing, i left 2 quest rewards (totalling about 90k in XP per each person) left to collect after i dual'd

now i went and collected the XP and now my mage is level 8, thats all well and good. i was just wondering over the course of leveling up i think i only recieved one proficiency slot point and only 6 lore points. Should I have recieved more bonus's from leveling up? I don't think that I missed out by skipping multiple levels like that, but I was unsure and decided to come ask...

meanwhile
/me reads writes scrolls to wizard book
:D

Well I did read some where when you get to the TOB and get to leveling up and do not level up each time you get a level you will miss out on special ablities. I would say that you missed out because you leveled up way to fast. Try starting over and try a few levels slower. It will not take to long to get a couple of thousand exp points.

You couldn't get more profs - mages get one per 6 levels. As for lore - isn't there the same restriction as for HP until you get your kensai active?

My guess definitely went astray. See, i tested it (using SK). I created kensai (INT 17, or you cannot dual), raised to level 12 (13 is too much, there should be mistyping, i suspect), dualed it and added 2500 XP just to level. It added 3 to lore at once (BTW, until kensai is inactive, mage's lore is as for active class - 10 at level 1 this time). If i set the XP to 89000 (level 7 - as if at normal start), i already get 18 lore (1 prof as expected).
There is still a question about rulesets, though - i'm using level 50 rules...
