Shadow Keeper help

Hi there, just downloaded Shadow Keeper and have been having trouble adding items. I wanted to add the gold pantaloons etc. for that guy in Amkethran just for a kick. So I tried adding them into my parties inventory with Shadow Keeper by just double clicking on an inventory slot and them double clicking on the item to add, they show up on the file but as soon as I load the game, it crashes, am I missing something here?

Another question I had was about some of the items in the shadow keeper item browser, there's a lot of stuff in there that looks like it's from a different game entirely. Are these all from quests that never got incorporated or what?

Some of its from bg1, I beleive other is from ommited quests Etc

SHadowkeeper is somehow corrupting your save game file so you cannot load it, if all your doing is adding the item I cant see any reason why this should happen...

The alternative would be, use SK's item browser to find the CLUA code for the item you want, and then use the CLUA command to reel it in

Where are you in the game? It's more to do with TOB, but I've noticed that editing a savegame from the pocket plane results in a corruption. If that's the case, then try adding that item from a savegame in an 'outside' area.

Otherwise gnomethingy's suggestion is the best option.
