I have just downloaded and installed the Kelsey mod, but where is he?

Since I labored for hours to write a README that I included in your download, I will quote from it:

"You can find Kelsey in the Government district of Athkatla. He is standing
near the Firecam Estate (at roughly 2000x2000, in the SW region of the map)
and he will approach you and initiate dialogue."

I have another problem. Does the Kelsey mod work with the newes version of Baldur's Gate 2? Because I have had some problems, with some of the other mods after installing the Kelsey mod(and yes I have the newest version of Kelsey mod).

Kelsey works with virtually everything out there, including all of the NPC mods. In that other thread we were trying to figure out what you've installed in what order.

Ah, right, I just rechecked the thread: you installed the Bioware patch AFTER you had mods in. That's not Kelsey's fault.
