I am a bit confused.. what are the req's to use the Collar one get for killing one of the 3 goblin leaders when they attack the Targos palisades (early in the game)?
The collar give some fear immunity etc.. it seems some can use it and some cannot but haven't found any logic whatsoever. Wanted to use it on my monk since he's already unarmed (which should go well with Beast Claw?) but he couldn't.. my Barbarian could do :-/
