Post by Scorpius »

Can weapons from Throne of Bhaal be imported to Shadows of Amn???

If so, can anyone send me a saved character carrying the Hindo's Doom to my email:
rgeerlings@hotmail.com

i dont have ToB, but the Katana seems very nice.

Thanks.

Most effects can be imported, but the pictures can't. If you tell me whicj picture you want, I'll change it and mail the file to you...

thanks, but i reconsidered.

i was planning on a Kensai/Mage, but i now want a pure mage with not so good offensive stats but a good magic resistance, and immunity to +1 weapons and lower. Both can be gained by the tears of bhaal of course, so ill run to a mp game with some powerful pc to give him that.

i was planning on giving him these stats

12-12-18-24-17-17
(im not planning to use strength gaining girdles on him, and i wont let him learn any spells in the mp game)

however the 24 Intelligence can only be obtained by using the tome of clear thought, all back from good ol' BG1 :D . problem is i dont have bg1 anymore, so could someone send a (bg1) character with this tome equiped?

Can't you just SK your character's intelligence to 24?

SK = ShadowKeeper.
Go to mud-master.com and d/l it. When you got it, you'll be able to edit your character to fit all your needs.
By the way, you don't need 18 con. 16 is enough for a mage, and if you choose to give up a point in con in the dream, 17 is sufficient.
On a side note: 24 int differs very little from 19 int - you only get a 4 % increase in the "scribe spell" ability - which with an 19 int already is at 95%.

Scorpius ain't interested in Shadowkeeper, knowing him too well for that. But you'll hear it if he has changed on that subject.

you would think so? Shadow Keeper already on my comp! :D

didnt recognize SK right away, thats all.

the stats are purely role-playing, not strategically chosen.

MegaToerist: You can get the pictures of the items as well, all you need to do is export the BAM files that the item use. Get Inifinity Explorer, open the item file and click on the link to the pictures, then simply export them and send with the item file.
