Jaheira not leveling up past 13

Post by Sabrael »

Is Jaheira supposed to gain levels past 13th? How am I supposed to seize the druid grove?

Did you take into account that Jaheira is multiclassed and it is possible that she has reached her Xp-cap in SoA

Besides that, you can always let her fight, no matter her level.

I thought of that. Is it possible or desirable to remove the XP cap?

If you remove the cap, you may have problems in her getting levels should you add on ToB. Best to add ToB, and let *it* remove the cap.

Does adding ToB automatically remove the XP cap even in SoA? I've always hated the very idea of an XP cap and even lifted it in BG1 though I haven't done so in SoA. I did buy/install ToB, so maybe I don't need an XP cap remover????

ToB doesnt remove the XP cap it just raises it to 8 million for the whole game so you can go past 2950000 in SoA

Installing ToB should help you with the experience point problem.

Remember that Druids have insane XP requirements; expect to do a thing or two before she reaches 14th level, Sabrael.

To answer the question, Jaheira does arrive at 14th level eventually. It takes a while, so how about doing Watcher's Keep in the meantime? That's a blast, and you get great loot out of it, besides great XP.
