That begins you outside of Irenicus dungeoun, with Jaheria and Minsc, with all of the equipment you would get in the dungeoun. Thats all I want! Nothing else changed or anything, just let me skip that god forsaken dungeoun.

I think it was Astafas who suggested finishing chateau Irenicus with every magic item etc. saving as soon as leave and then SKing your character everytime you want to start again.

There is a mod in progress, it's called the RIDE Mod. This stands for Rachel's Irenicus Dungeon Escape Mod, Rachel is a moderator at the Black Isle studios. and if i know her right it will be worth downloading. This mod will make someone, i think she's called Rachel

, appear and teleport you outside. Includes dialog, and the useful items from the dungeon, you will get with you.
