Kudanat hidden chest

Anybody been able to access the hidden chest in Kudanat?
I don't seem to be able to get at it to highlight it.

It's a bandit cave between Caldera and the Band Egg mine.
Go East of Caldera.

get in the water on the left side of the waterfall. you should be able to target the bottom corner of the chest.

I've tried, I've tried. Have I tried! Just no luck.
I can see what you're getting at but the cursor refuses to acknowledge the chest.
Heck, I've even used a telekinesis potion.
Somehow, I expect, the water blocks the access.
Thanks for the tip, though.
I will try again.

PS.
Damn. I was hoping there was some way of stopping the flow of water. Now, that's what I've missed recently - puzzles! The modern RPGs don't seem to deal in these now, mores the pity.

it is a very small part of the chest, on the bottom front corner. just keep trying.
