Heck, I stand out already! Newcastle Brown is a dark ale from Newcastle in the north of England. Very nice Carlsberg is ok, better on tap. Are we talking export here or the cooking lager variety?

Originally posted by Yshania Carlsberg Export is a premium lager over here, or you can get the standard green label. Ok, I am happy with a Carlsberg - thanks
you're welcome. Here everyone drinks Carlsberg and Tuborg. Nothing really premium about it. Just expensive but this is Denmark so

Later, @Flibbs!
LOL! Well from what I understand about Scandinavia, what is expensive over there, is cheaper here and vice versa. But then I live in London which is expensive anyway My local pub charges £2.60 per pint but then I have stopped going there since the majority of my group of friends are bitter drinkers, and this once proud beer house has resorted to bottled lagers and alco-pops

£4.90? LOL! Hey, I remember days trying to work out where all my money was going - it was getting into rounds down the pub that I did not keep up with! eg I could go down the pub at 9pm and spend £30 between then and closing time (I am talking a few years ago now) and I knew I wasn't drinking £30 worth!
