Glitch?, Lower Keep room 21 (spoiler)

Post by raphjd »

Glitch? Lower Keep room 21 on GB map

I got through most of "The Ancient Tombs" just fine, then in room 21 I was attacked by 3 wraiths and a Dwarven Statue.

The thing is, hadn't even done anything in this room yet, so why did the statue attack me.

Part 2 of my question: I tried to attack the statue, but my guys wouldn't do it (no attack icon came upfor the statue). I killed the wraiths just fine. What's up with that?!

Part 3: I used Discenigrate(?) on the statue and it disapeared, yet it was still there and I still couldn't attack it. It had a white circle under it when it attacked me. I threw every bit of magic at it I could and nothing worked.

Any ideas?

This is a minor bug there in the Ancient Tombs, check this thread as of how to get around it.

Another thing, did that happened with patch v1.4 on your game?

Thanks

From the other thread, I know that using Discenigrate(?)[it takes Wraiths, etc... out right away] on them caused it.

Yes, I have 1.4, so I guess they forgot to fix that in that patch.

Thanks again. :D

I found out how to by pass the glitch. :D

Don't fight in the rooms with the coffins, open the door and let them come to you in the room before the coffins.

Doing this will keep the Golems from attacking you as long as you put something in the urn before you take the weapon out of the coffin.

It must make the spirits mad if you fight in thier resting place, or something like that.

I still think that doing this area from the end to start is a good approach and glitch-free :D , but we all could use another approach in case that the others do not work. :)
