ok,
now that half the board PLayed and finished ToB (eccept me and with me all of the players from Europe )
it is time to bump this topic up and see if ToB brought new habits to the game .
Also a nice way to let the new members post their habits.
BUMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Poll: Do u Have Strange Habits In BG??
Like the guy on the previous page, when I play a ranger I always charm animals that attack and send them off across the map.
I always store everything in the two tables outside the Copper Coronet.
I never have more than four people in my party, and only summon on demand so that the members go in the direction that I want instead of the oppossite way.
I always get bored ****less with crappy linear dungeon crawls, cheesy 'save or die' spells and stupid inflexible game systems while I'm in the underdark and uninstall the game, only to reinstall it a few weeks later when I'm really bored and start again with a different character. (God I need a 100% Bioware/D&D free rpg!)
I always sell everything at the shadow thief guild, so I don't get spammed with the 'I don't accept fenced items' crap - ever!
Before I even play a new install I always make a shortcut directly to BGMain.exe so I don't get spammed for registration time after time after time.
Everytime I play I whack the esc key four times so I don't get spammed with friggin corporate logos.
I click through all the dialog as fast as I can so I don't have to read it yet again - sometimes I just take whatever transpires from picking the 'wrong' answer.
I fantasise about rpg gameworlds where outdoor areas are plentiful and are more than just window dressing for *yet another* dungeon (yawn).
I quit the game repeatedly and visit the Dungeon Siege, PoR2, NWN (maybe 3e sucks less?), Morrowind and Arcanum sites in the hope that one of them will be released and end the drought since the original BG

I always store items in one box in my stronghold. It's just as messy as I am.
Despite my alignment, I usually try to pickpocket everyone I see, while moving my main char to another location. Kinda like the whole thing of doing things when the boss is not looking.
I like to play some tunes (mp3's) in the background. Kinda cool hearing the lines 'Do not teach my hamster to suck eggs' in the middle of a limp biskit song.

Dragons, demons, fair maidens in distress... A daily life of a cavalier - Gecko
i never mark the maps, never write in journal and never store items.
I shout at annoying npc's. like everybody.
Try to summon loads and loads of creatures with my ranger/cleric and simulacrum and kill as much as possible before they all die.

I always listen to mp3s in the background, I can't support two different music things at once so I never hear "Go for the eyes Boo, go for the eyes...". I never look at the stupid advertisements (sorry Bioware) and I like to carry anything that I think I might need (in other words, don't store anything, can't carry much). Before I move out of a poplulated area, I save then kill everyone to see if I can. I always gloat when I kill a boss (hahaha, you thought you were so tough didn't you, stupid dragon, who's the man?!?!). I always have six people, can't part with Jaheira and Minsc. Usually always have Anomen too. The wierdest habbit is that I always curse at my own party members when they screw up or don't attack who I want them to, like when I point to someone and they attack who's attacking them, or they don't run when I tell them too and go right into the fog.
I like to save the Bounty notices from BG1 as sort of a reminder of how far I've come. I recently added a new one to my collection in ToB. The price on my head has gone up quite a bit since my days at Candlekeep. Now that I’m retired I’ll probably hang them from the wall of my castle.
Nature’s first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf’s a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

I don't Her wing-whining get on my nerves, so I've made it a tradition to kill her.Originally posted by Callimar:
