1) Jahera is energy drained, how do I get rid of it? I tryed dispell and that didnt work.

2) I gave those kids the swords, am I gonna pay for it?

For Jaheira go to a temple and have restoration cast onto her. If one of your party members has the spell that would work as well. Oh and you can buy the scroll as well at some shops.

As for giving the swords to the kids, if you go back later there will be some additional dialog about that and maybe a short rescue on your part but other than that no rep hit or anything else.

2) Only if you're a ranger, I think they don't let you take the cabin. Also you can find them in the cave a day or so after giving them the swords, not sure about the exact time.

Buying ale or swords for the boys in the Umar Hills = Ranger's Stronghold lost. If you aren't a ranger or ranger/cleric - nothing extraordinary happens.
