I don;t know if this has been posted before but if it has i can't find it!
Basically i have loaded ToB with a few mods like Tashia, happy scripts and custom items but have forgoten exactly what. I now want to reformat my HDD for a number of reasons but don't want to lose my setup and saved games. So is there a way? I thought perhaps by just completly backing up the override direcotry, saved games and portrates i might get it but i'm not sure. Any suggestions would be great.

Backing up ToB with mods
Back up override and the dialog.tlk file. That should cover you.
