My disposition going down... Why?

Post by Minerva »

For no obvious reason, my disposition went down by 3 points, regardless the guild or house, friend or not. I don't have bounty on my head, haven't committed crime (well, I did steal things, but wasn't found out so I don't have record ;) ), and my reputation didn't go down either.

Why??? :confused:

Check your health

If you contracted a disease, people will like you less. Head to a temple and get cured.

vampirism

Sure you didn't get infected by a vampire? The only indication of this is one of your little spell cubes at bottom of screen will say porphyic hemophilia. There is sometimes a flag that comes up telling you you've been infected, and sometimes NOT. The cube is blue, just like most of the others you've got on. Check it.If you've got it, you've got to get cured in 3 days. There is a more involved cure later in the game, but it's a real bother.

No, I haven't got that either.

Anyway, I haven't spent time between the change in wilderness either. I was doing a couple of jobs for thieves guild in Ald Ruhn (sp?) without being caught. Then I realised my disposition was down by 3 points, regardless the previous disposition, including those of Thieves Guild's. :confused: :confused:

Try uninstalling and patching the game, or Restore attributes in an imperial temple. It might help. :)

Another thing to try: get a potion or spell of restore personality--you might have been zapped by a spell. Can also use Almsivi intervention, etc. at a temple.

Re: personality

You can check to see if your stats are below normal by right clicking the mouse (u prob know this) and looking to see if any stat numbers are colored "RED".

Red = below normal
Yellow = normal
White(ish) = above normal

Stats

Also, if you've got on stat enhancing gear, you'll have to take it off to see if anything is red.
