ok... figured out the amulet problem...(i just killed the whole map)
however i still cant find the slave tears to complete the ritual for the severed hand lavel to get the god... thing... what ever... please help...'

You have to talk to one of the slaves on the first level of the Severed Hand. I think he's in the SW corner and may be the same one you had forged the plans for.
