adventure "bonus CD" pack not working.....

I recently purchased IDW2 about a week ago i bought the game and installed the adventure pack the bonus cd when you buy it form EB... anyways there sapose to be a cloud elemental in kuldhar tower with the new unique items and he is no where to be found..... anyone else have this problem or has anyone actually seen the bonaus unique guy anywhere?

there are two "bonus" disks,

1 is the collector's edition w/ bonus merchants

2 is the adventure pack

you have #2, no bonus merhants for you...

but never fear, the bonus merchants are only a click away

and i guess i should of said the elemental is in orrick's tower. (to the north of conlan's shop.)

i have 3 cd's

i have both cd 1 and 2 plus i have the bonus adventure pack with its own box about 10 new portraist and 6 new sounds... and sappose to have the bonus merchant in the kundahr tower "the elemental" and the sheck from the traveling city..... so i hope that helps you understand my dilema.... 3 cd's in all buddy'

II. LOCATION OF UNIQUE ITEMS

Tower Store

To find the new store, head to the town of Kuldahar. There you will see a
tower in the northwest corner of the map. After entering the tower, you will
go into dialogue with an NPC. After you finish this dialogue, go to the air
elemental in the the western part of the room. He has all of the unique items for sale, except for one...

The Avarine Decanter

In the Wandering Village, you will meet up with an NPC named Nym. Nym has the Avarine Decanter for sale in his store. It is a very unique item, but it is up to you to decipher its mysteries.
