You might as well...it hasn't stopped many other people from saying...though I think it's much less descriptive to say how you sound like than for someone else to...although you live with your voice 24/7, you hear it far differently and this gives you a certain bias...

Dang it. I had no idea that that avatar would change the way people look at me. :D Ah well. :D

OK. Well I mumble a LOT. People usually dont understand me unless I want to be heard. :D

Mah was right in the fact I do laugh a lot, but not loudly. One of my friends annoyingly puts it as "chuckling" but I dont like that very much. :D I like to call it laughing quietly. :D

Erm...as far as the depth of my voice, well it isnt deep like Barry White deep voice. It can get quite deep if Im serious, but when Im joking around or in a good mood for some reason my voice becomes less deep and is about average...cant really describe it to any star...
definetly not Tom Arnold, but maybe Luke Skywalker. I dunno. :D

Personally I go to Star Wars movies to see the inevitable dismemberments that are destined to occur. Image Image
Nature’s first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf’s a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

And Sam Jackson's lightsaber is also involved in some mutilations, so it's all good! Image

Beowulf - Tom Paulin

Who? The name rings a bell, but is it a good thing or a bad thing?
EDIT: I just checked. I doubt it - my voice lacks gravitas :(

Hmmm, lets see..........
Waverly: Alan Rickman
Frogus: I'm tempted to say that kid that plays Harry Potter :D , but maybe .......... Samuel L. Jackson
Fable: Eamon De Valera
Buck: The voice of Sauron from LOTR?? (grr, argh, build me an army worthy of GB, grr, argh) No, probably not...

Tom Paulin - Irish, lives in Oxford, does lectures for the University, writes Troubles-themed poetry (mainly) and other incredibly good poetry...he's about 45, brown hair, dresses like a maths teacher (tweed, green corduroy, leather elbow patches), he's got a very soft, mumbling voice, almost impossible to tell what he's saying if you're not used to having Irish people talk at you :D  ...He's also notably negative on Mark Lawson's review, and while every other reviewer sums up the Pros and Cons, he tells the viewers that it is rubbish, draws unfavourable parallels to Samuel, Seamus, Oscar and James etc... :D and generally destroys anything anyone ese has tried to create with extremely long words and compellingly miserable arguments...

EDIT - Yes, Harry Potter is me, only I'm slightly more believable :D . In all honesty, I have twice been called Harry Potter by complete strangers. I had to explain calmly that they had mistaken me for someone else...

Well, I do mumble a lot, but I refuse to write poetry on principle, and I'm fairly crap at reviewing. And I got all my long words from Calvin and Hobbes  :o

And so as not to spam up this thread:

Bloodstalker: Bill Clinton :D
C_ Elegans: Lucy Liu

How did I manage to get involved? As it happens, I have quite a deep voice, but I'm quite loud. I don't normally do quiet, I can't help it, in my line of work, you have to shout at kids...
