Rather unrelated to the story
but I have just discovered http://www.spinner.com

It is a bit like online radio, except they have minimal interruptions and approximately 175 different channels ranging from nature sounds to baroque to heavy metal....and everything in between.

Highly recommended!

The drawback is that they are owned by AOL (what isn't these days? *sigh*)....

....but unlike other things operated by those dark fiends...this actually seems to work well.....*holds breath*

note: this does require you to download some software...but it does not take up much space
