Finding Spells for Wizard

I just started playing Icewind Dale II
I have a wizard at 5th level, but i can't find 2nd or 3rd level spells for his spellbook
I am in Chapter One
Where do I find spells for him to put in his spellbook?

Be patient, higher level spell scrolls are just around the corner. Out of curiosity, are you playing on Heart of Fury, cause 5th level seems kinda high for chapter 1? Or do u have a smaller party?

5th level sounds about right in chapter one, (granted towards 2nd half of chapter one)

anyway -

in targos the mayor's wife sells some magic, (scrolls and some items) she'll have a decent selection of 1,2,3 scrolls.

other than that you have to find them, keep hitting the "alt" key, there are some very nice scrolls just waiting for you to find them.

I have a party of 6 and am cleaning out the Goblin Fortress right now
I did find some scrolls (Fireball, Melf's meteors)
