CANT FIND KELDORN!!

Well, after getting the Holy Avenger at the end of chapter 3, i decided to find Keldorn and equip him with the Holy Avenger. Well, i heard from someone that he is in the temple sewers, well hes not there. Then i checked the most noble order of the radiant heart, not there. Next I checked the Bridge District, not there either. Am i too late to get him?

Have you accepted the quest of Unseeing Eye from a temple?

Yes, i have but i have not completed it.

If you have accepted the quest and haven't really started it, then he should be in the NW part of the sewer in the Temple District(not the one in the Copper Coronet). If you have already met him, and didn't let him join (or rid of him soon after), he should be in the back room of Radiant Heart HQ.

Ok it turns out i did not fully accept the quest because i did not talk to the guy at the temple.
