What I really hate, is to have a settler on a go mission to build a city in a certain nice spot, and by the time he gets there, a computer built a city there already. :mad: That happened to me today......twice......and WITH THE SAME SETTLER! :mad: :D

I know that feeling all too well. :rolleyes: As an expansionist, this brings tears to my eyes. :( ;) And Ill never figure out why it seems that an army (4 units) of 4-2-1 Immortals is beaten by 1-1-1 Warriors. :rolleyes: That happened twice today aswell. :mad:

What the hell? I see "ruined letters" is lurking? It just said so on "Whos Online" page. :confused:

I find that the single most unrealistic aspect in the entire game. I just can't swallow that one, I admit. :)

Its really bad when you have one square on the coast the isn't in your influence, and the build there. It's an eyesore. I started blockading my own coastlines to prevent it from happeneing. :rolleyes:

In Civ 2: Test of Time, I recall learning how to use nuclear weapons before learning how to recycle :D

Yeah...I think the computer gets a bit carried away by being an expansionist, but I dont get terribly annoyed at it, USUALLY, that is. If worse comes to worse, then I just buy that city away. But it can get annoying in given situations.

But youre right that it is unrealistic. I cant really find a parallel to it in reality.

I once had a game of Civ2 and ended up in full nuclear war against the Chinese. Very very messy :D Not much of a planet left at the end of it either.

Yup. Not much left on my side, but I opened up a big can-o-whupass :D

edit - @Tybs, after that I never used nukes again. Simply not worth it.

@Ty

You really should look into it. If your a FF fan, then FF2 is the BOMB! If i'm not mistaken Sony is putting out a compilation of old FF games for PS 1 or 2, not sure anymore.

Damn right!!! Fallout rocked! But the fallout series had some issues concerning character control. Wouldn't it had been all the more better if you could have controlled your NPC's? Just remember all times Marcus the mutant blew Casady to hell with his mini-gun?
