Plug-ins

Post by thaGforce »

Have any of you made any plug-ins? I've made a simple room, and a Ranger Den where I can stash all my belongings.

It isn't as hard as I thought, but it's no walk in the park either. Tell me about any plug-ins you've made.

hehe

Awesome, that's way better than I did. How did you figure out how to use the editor? At first I was stumped, I had to look around a few hours for a good tutorial before I figured out how to use the darn thing.

I also used a tutorial, and now I find it quite easy. The worst part is rtying to find stuff in the lists, and when your looking at a huge exterior scene like balmora and it slows down

I so agree! Who in the hell comes up with the names for these things? Some of 'em are so stupid. It's not like they're saving space either, the names still go past the end with all of the abbreviations.

Display Room

What tutorial did you guys use?

My main interest is adding a large display room to my stronghold for all the stuff i've been collecting.

I wanted to place dummies in there as well to display every armor type in the game (full sets).

Any help would be appreciated. Right now, I'm a pure beginner w/ the tutorial, I've never used it.

Go to http://www.morrowindfiles.com and then on the left hand menu I think it's under Tutorials/Gameguides.

Watch the popups on that site, though. You can easily accumulate half-a-dozen little windows or more while moving back and forth across the lists, and that really does slow down loading times (unless you take the time to close each popup as it appears, and that's annoying).
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
