sorcerer X 3

Post by dios »

I'm playing with my new group consisting of

Romeo Figther/Thief (Multi)

Anomen Cleric (I REALLY like him)

Tashia (Sorceress)

Kelsey (Sorcerer)

Galadriel (Sorceress)

and just for the moment Cernd doing his quest right now...

Is it really wise to have three sorcs?
Well i do have Solaufein downloaded to but haven't reached the Underdark yet...=( Thinking of Bringing him with me...

And i am playing with that thing that makes evarything much harder...ehh tactaics? De'Arnise keep last battle wasn't that easy...think i need some mor fighter types really...hmmm

Later in the game guess the power i will unload on my enemies? poor poor poor them...=)

Is this really a good team...a little much magic i think...really...

And just one last thing romeo is from BG1...

I don't think there is a thing as too much magic, 3 sorcerers has great evil potental in the late game.

I would tend to agree... too many mages. I usually have problems coordinating 2 spellcasters let alone 4-5.

All he's got to do is alot alot and alot of pausing after each spell, or, he could attempt to run a script on one of them, I usually find my mages dead when I try that one though.

It seems to me that you'll be hard-pressed to muster a good frontline of melee types so as to keep your sorcs alive to cast. Just my POV.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

this is amost a no whimp team....
(no one can wear whimpy armor...)

i actually use sola as a frontline tank more than once, and consider him superior to any other tank.....

moonbeam, or moonblade, i get both...hehehheheh....

and mage spells really add to the lethality of the group...

having taken 3 sorcs into battle more than once, well one sorc was bun bun, the sheer destructive power of the group is unbelieveable....

most encounters will take less than 1 turn, as the combined fury of 4 spells or more a round crush the poor helpless beastie almost instantly...

seriously, dump cerned, absolutely no loss, and pick up sola...

Fable pointed out the only problem, but really, with three sorcs you'll be so
obscenely powerful that you'll get bored very soon (unless you have, uh... research
motivations!! ask User :D )

besides, i am testing spoofing and cheese tactics against smarter mages, with spell 50 to add to the fun...hehehhehehhe...

so far i have found ways to spoof that pesky telly field stuff, spell immunity alteration, and ways to spoof the script casting inc clouds at you, cast yours first...hehhehehe....

i am looking foward to tob magic casting creatures, some of them are so nasty....
