Grandmastery

Is the Grandmastery problem solved when ToB or its patch is installed or do I need to download the patch seperatly. If it is the latter when can I find this patch because believe me ive looked!

Some Heroes stand, some Heroes fall, Others can't 'cause they got hit by a fireball.
