Yo...the inexorable pull of Morrowind has me again...
Yes, I'm back. Sadly without any of my old savegames, due to a somewhat annoying hard drive crash...
Anyway, has anyone managed to obtain the mythical 1000-point soul of Vivec yet? I know UserUnfriendly was working hard on it a few months ago, but has he or anyone else managed it? And if so, what kinds of enchantments are possible with it?

Sleep is for n00bs, and people with too much blood in their caffeine. Have YOU voted for Kayless' Dungeon Crawl Inc. yet today???

I didn't realize you -could- soultrap Vivec. Assuming you can, though, why would it be difficult?
With tribunal, you now can see the health bar of whom you're fighting.... so it would be easy to wait til he's near dead then cast a soul trap, maybe a custom spell with a long timer on it. Azura's star is the best soul gem in the game, so if it's possible to soultrap Vivec, that should work fine.
Actually killing Vivec isn't hard. Have high magic and fire resistance and his couple of spell attacks won't hurt you. From there on out all he uses is his fists, so levitate and attack him from the air.

This was an added feature with one of the early patches, not just Tribunal.
@SSRat, you could try to find a dagger I once had that had soultrap as one of it's abilities, it can be kind of perilous but I soul tapped quite a few high level creatures using it...not Vivec though
I'd have to get drunk every night and talk about virility...And those Pink elephants I'd see.
