Bard stronghold

As a bard I should be able to get a playhouse of my own. Anyone know where and how to get one?

At a guess, I would say the playhouse in the bridge district. You would probably have to complete the Astral prison quest first.

I've already rescued Hear'Dalis, but they all went into some portal to another element plane (or something). Do I have to follow them to get the playhouse?
