I can't believe it, but I'm having trouble in the Irenicus prizon. I'm unable to get through any of the doors to room 5 they are all locked and cannot be opened by picking. What am I doing wrong?

ok, you know the room with all the glass tanks in it? near the entrance to that go up into the sewers. they'll be a room with 2 lesser clay golems in it - leave them alone for now. go to the right from where you entered the sewers into the room with 1 glass container thing in it. on the table right infront of the container is a heart thing. take it and leave the sewers the way you came in. to the right of the big glass container room is a small room with a golem called the sewage golem in it. talk to the golem and tell him you are its master, then tell it you want it to perform its duties and then give it the heart thing you got. it will run away and unlock all the doors

The room I'm having trouble with is the one with Rielev in it. I can't activate the golem becuase I don't have the activator rock. The two doors to Rielev are locked. The only rooms I can get into are the prison room, the one with the weapons and the first golem, then the hallway to the locked door. The other way I pass through a hallway, an electrical room, the crystal room, I can't go north through the door at the end of that hallway its locked, to the west I pass through another hallway with the locked sewers at the end, to the north a dead-end room with the sewer golem, and to the south the room with all of the tanks. I've freed all my people and answered the question of the guy in the crystal room. Thats it. Thanks in advance.

BuckSatan, i think the key you're refering to is the key to Jaheira's cell, I dunno if that key will work anywhere else.

But Imoen can pick every lock in the dungeon that's pickable, by pickable, I mean that when you try to pick it, it doesn't give you the message that there's some mechanism on the lock that prohibits lock picking and simple magics to work.

When you get in the jar room with Rielev, look on the table in front of the jar, the stone should be on that table. Then use that stone to activate the Sewer golem.

That key is for the cell, and the lock is unpickable... thats the trouble.

Those unpickable locks are the ones you need to open with the sewer golem.

I uninstalled then reinstalled... then it worked... oh well something must have gone wrong....

I can't get figure out how to get past Room 1 in Irinicus Prison Level 2. I haven't been able to fight my way through it, nor can I collect items in the room while fighting (hoping to get a key to unlock one of the doors). I'm missing something. Thanks for any help.

In the first room you need to ignore the Mephits, and attack those cages (portals) along the right side of the room, there are 4. If you're a fighter type, then have Minsc distract the little Mephits while your lead guy runs around whacking the cages.
