Alright... First off a rule for spamming...

(thugs rule)- If you feel the urge to spam and the only thread populated is a serius one, spam something completly incoherent. Soon the common problem all symers have will be flushed out and all threads within 10 minutes will become spam threads.

Second - to get rid of hang overs..

SLEEP. I just always sleep all damn day in my bed, get up around five in the afternoon and Im fine. I just sweat it off in bed.
