Stuck in Spellhold dungeon

Can anybody tell me if there are any wooden stakes in Spellhold Dungeon ? It seems one is needed to kill the Vampire for his hand.......I looked all around but couldn't find any. Also what is the Apparition there for ?

There is a stake in the Kobolds area near the crystal
