Cespenar's Forge ????

Could someone tell me IF it is possible to get to Cespenar's Forge in SoA? Is it only possible to get to it in ToB? The impression I get from the forum postings is that it is possible to find him. Could someone out there give me a tip?

It's impossible in SoA. It is only in ToB you can get to the pocket plane.

Evenif it was possible to get to Cespenar in SoA, you woud still need all the items to upgrade the weapons/armors.

A lot of them can be found in Watcher's Keep, which is accessible in Shadows of Amn. If Cespenar could upgrade them before you finished Shadows of Amn, the game would be even more unbalanced than it already is. Arguably, Watcher's Keep should not have been made accessible in Shadows of Amn, but the choice was rightfully left up to the player. The upgraded items were restricted to Throne of Bhaal, where you might actually need them.
