Depends on what setting. The regural DnD setting, Forgotten Realms and Greyhawk (and many others) each have an unique pantheon (often even more than one, there are more than 50 gods listed in FR)

Unfortunately, it's illegal to post info from the DnD books on a public forum, but i can tell you that gods can see two weeks intom the future, can kill all mortals within miles with no save, can cast wish at will (without xp cost) and have stats averaging 40 (except for Thor, who has a whopping 92 strength!!! :eek: :eek: )

Great to BE back, TM. As a final note: All the gods are described in the book "Deities and Demigods" including gods from other pantheons, such as the greek, nordic, and egyptian (but not the Forgotten Realms or Greyhawk) pantheon. But overall, it isn't really value for money, just a good read.

P.S: Your Dungeon crawl inc. is Hilareous! :D

If you haven't found what you're looking for already, just click here for a list of Forgotten Realms deities. ;)
Nature’s first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf’s a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.
