Help...End of Chapter 2... poss spoiler

I got to the Pinnacle and cannot open the door to get to get to Lady Aribeth and the others. Did I miss something or is it a bug.

I had problems there too. First time it worked OK, I think I actually attacked the gate and that triggered the dialogue between Aribeth and the others, and they reached the point where they see you, and the door opens and they attack. I then went back and did it again for reasons I don't remember, and I had the same problem you're having, I couldn't get the door open and they ignored me (I don't know if you've had the dialogue yet). I reloaded a couple of times and I can't remember exactly what happened, but eventually it let me in, but skipped the dialogue. My journal still showed everything that had taken place as though I had heard it though. So I guess I don't actually have very helpful advice sorry

Keep reloading and trying the gate, and try attacking or lock-picking it. It won't open it I don't think but it may trigger something. Also, of those things fail, try going into the small room before the gate and getting Maugrim's journal. When you come out something may happen. Good luck
