The NO-PAUSE Game

Post by Ainu »

Anyone ever try a game without using the pause button? Just how crazy am I??

Place your funniest moments here.

I am currently playing an elven ranger, going through the game without pausing, so far I have only just left Candlekeep.

No pause? That seems hard. Everytime I see a baddie the first thing I do is smash down on the space bar. It would be an interesting challenge though...

My first game was almost a complete no-pause game.
Didn't know how to pause :) atleast untill the end of the game, when a friend told me
I do not have the touch, nor do I have the power.

Hah, that's quite a coincidence, because I nearly did the same thing. I remember all my mages got chunked early on...and I used a lot of cheese.

Is it possible to do without any cheese??

Cheese is the practice of exploiting loopholes left in the game to get around game mechanics. It's not cheating, since you aren't actively changing conditions of the game set in place by the developers, but it comes close.

No question. I'm with you on this: I don't use cheese. It takes too much of the fun out of success.
