First, I killed Nab, the guy you get the illithium from in the bridge district, and lo and behold I ended up with his head on my hands. Well the question is: what can i do with it, is there any purpose for it, or is it just a severed head, you know the kind mom used to display on the mantlepeice?
Oh, and where exactly do I take Yoshimo's heart to get the 200,000 experiance for it?
Nab's Head + Yoshimo (spoiler) ???

Take Nab's head to the gouvernement building in the gouvernement district. Give it to the Captain of the guards there (the same dude you give the inspector's body to when you do the tanner quest).
Give Yoshimo's heart to the priest of Illamater (sp) in the Promenade.

Ah, but if you let him die (a bit of metagaming here, though), you get a point of reputation, gold, and EXP from the guard as well.

The choice here determines if you're utterly evil or good in your own heart, as if you know you can save him and get him killed...duh you're evil to the bone and vice versa
