1) I'd like my sorceror to LOOK like a sorceror! The battle robe makes him look like a twink and the cloaks don't change his appearance at all. A sorceror, imho, should look ominous, not like a freakin' ballet dancer!
2) I've played the entire game twice as a sorceror and have only achieved level 16. I have never gotten to use the really nifty high-level spells. Why are they even "available"?? A few people claim to have reached level 20 but I'm not sure they mean sorceror level 20, which I believe to be impossible without cheating like hell.
Well, I haven't played much as a sorcerer, but I think that there are very few high level sorcerer spells; most of them (I think) are for wizards, but I'm not sure.
Why do we park in driveways and drive in parkways?
Only in America do banks chain pens to the desk, yet leave the vault doors opem.
Only in America do we order a supersized french fry, a supersized burger, yet a DIET coke.
In order to reach level 20 in any class you must exploit the party level experience system. If you are a spell caster after level 7, start using your level 1 summon spell (dire badge), keep it safe and it will boost your exp by a whole bunch and gets better per level eg. a level 15 spell caster would normally get 115 exp for a morhg, with a dire badger summoned and hanging with you that exp would be like 360. for fighters at like level 15 or so you can get a harp of haunting which summons a level 4 tyrant fog zombie 16 times that you can have tag along with you that will boost your experience by a WHOLE bunch. The only problem with the tyrant fog zombie is you have to make sure it is always standing its ground and not fighting ever becos if it uses its zombie fog thing...the game will crash every few minutes so when ever you forget and its does that, unsummon it as soon as possible and summon a new one.
You could do that, but frankly, if you did that you might as well just "cheat like hell", since it's not really that different and it's a helluva lot harder.
