I installed ToB while in chapter 6 and decided to go through the Watcher's keep before going to the Elven City...now theres one problem...none of the elves will talk to me in the camp to allow me access to the Elven City! I have the lantern from Bodi (and her heart)...at first I thought it might just be because Viconna was with me. I ditched her and tried to talk...no luck. Loading/moving from map to map doesnt help either. Any ideas?

I've not heard of this bug. Try installing the latest ToB patch or check out bioware's support page for SoA/ToB.
also, balderdash might have a specific fix. Hollar if you unable to find anything out or if you need specific links patched here.
