ranger question

I have a ranger in my party but he doesn't seem to have gotten the dual weilding or ambidexterity feats. On the feats page in the records option, there is no indication that he has these feats. Also when leveling up, these two feats have not been filled. He has a 16 DEX and is wearing light(st. leather +2) armor. Has anyone else had a problem with this, or am I missing something?

yes you are missing somthing...you gain the feats when u use a light armor or nothing.. the feat dosnt show as if they where picked, but u still have em

The only way that I can think of to tell for sure if the feats are in effect is to check the attack bonus, damage, and attacks per round that your ranger is doing. Throw some heavy armor on him and see if those scores are lower. This is also a good way to determine which weapons actually do the most damage.
