Oh, come on now, you know you're not! :p

@Tybbs, remember that S15 I told you about? Well, it looks like its going back into the woods from whence it came. WooHoo! In its place, I found a '91 Lumina (3.1L, automatic *cringes*) for $700. Its mine as soon as I can sell my damned pickup. If only I could afford to put one of my Camaros back on the road...

Gratulations Skooter.

If you buy that car, you HAVE to change to a manual gearbox.
It`s just so much funnier that way.

Easier said than done, I'm afraid. Its just cheap transportation with 150k mi of "experience."

I used to be able to switch my old car between an auto and a four speed in the better part of a Saturday, but once you own a car with a manual, why would you even drive an auto? I think Tybbs knocks what he hasn't tried.

He sure does. I`ve tried both but nothing beats manual, especially when it`s wet or icey.
I`m clueless when it comes to changing something other than oil, water and gasoline on a car, but thats why I have a brother who`s an car-mechanic apprentice. Gotta give him something to do, right. :D :D

The only time I would even consider buying an automatic *shudders* would be if I moved to a big city and never drove outside it.
