Where are all the Downloadable NPCs?

I have seen Kelsey mentioned. Sola (?) and tashia or something like that.

Where can I get them? Do I need to install a mod for some of them (I would rather not).

Try reading through the BG reference crossraods thread, above, for the appropriate links. The reference was put in place for just this kind of thing.

All the NPCs you mentioned are mods.

Sola (as you didn't know) is Solaufein from the Drow city in the Underdark.
