Leveling up

Im not not able to level up after level 7 , when I push the levelup button there are no Alteratives in which class to advance , all classes are grey

Not having a lot to work on, need to ask you a few obvious questions:

1. What class/es are you playing?

2. Are you a dual or Multi?

3. Have you installed the latest patches ?

4. Are you on HOF mode?

Sorry to say this was some sort of bug which , dissapered after a few loads
