how exactly do u go about getting this???

i noe u must kill adalon rite???

so how do u kill adalon AND get out of underdark??

You can kill Adalon and exit the Underdark.The exit is through the Kuo-Toa Dungeon(the entrance to this from the Underdark is just a bit to the north of where you first appear in the Underdark

About the flesh, I do believe you need todo the tanner quest, To get the flesh. Then I think that the guy outside the first cabin makes it for you. Or maybe the dwarf dude but it would be bad form on his part if he did. And the blood of a noble dragon.
