need help in temple ruins

in temple ruins after the A M A U N A T O R
puzzle i have to take a key to open door. we make an agremant with shadow. When i take the key from there i take expreince but item lost from my invantory. and i couldn't open that door.
if i download the patch can i restore it??

I've down loaded the patch .In the Readme file it doesn't say anything about your problem.I have never heard of this happen there.Are you sure it didn't say you can't carry anymore and drop it on the ground.

i will restart that quest again, hope it get better this time

I think you're missing the meaning of the "key". It's not a "key", it's part of the 3 piece amulet, that opens the door to shadow dragon (it doesn't open the shadow wall).
